Heaven and a heavy heart...

What do you picture when you think about Heaven?

This is what I think Heaven might look like...

Whenever I see beautiful clouds in the sky I always think about Bryce and my dad.

This is a popular one for those of us belonging to

the LDS faith....

So comforting to think that our savior will be there waiting

for us when we leave this earth. I like to think that there is

only an overwhelming feeling of love in Heaven, no sadness or anger.

I've been thinking an awful lot about this for the past week or two

now. There is a young couple in my sisters ward who just had a baby and 10 days later that baby's father past away due to leukemia.

My heart is breaking for this family.

My hope is that this is how he was greeted after passing....

I really put a lot of faith and hope into the LDS gospel's plan of

salvation. I have to say that it is the reason I am sane today from the loss I've had in my life. It's so comforting knowing that

we will be with our families after this life and forever.

My heart goes out to this family who is having to

deal with such a hard loss right now. I sure hope they can feel the

love and prayers that are going out to them.

....I think so! haha This blog has been sooooo dang neglected.

I am trying to find time to blog...but I'm having a hard time. Hopefully once school starts.

I am working now....Kid to Kid is the place.

It's great and I get some super things for the kids there, but man

oh man does it totally drain me!

I don't know if it is cause it's mixed with all this heat or what....but I just wanna come home and sleep.

Updates....I can't believe that I haven't blogged about this...but

Ryan Graduated in April. So proud!

He now has his bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.

It was a LOOOOOONG time coming! Huge milestone for us! (I say us cause I had to survive school too. lol)

Other new news....Trey and Jadynn are both signed up for soccer! Yay! I'm becoming more and more of a soccer mom! Ryan is Trey's coach! (They must have been really desperate haha) and Jadynn's coach is HARD CORE! YES!!! Can't wait to see what he can transform her into!

Jadynn is also going to be celebrating her 11th birthday in a few weeks. Can't believe it! She is getting
so big! We went school shopping today and we didn't really go to any kid stores for her. We shopped at Runway Fashion Exchange (amazing btw!), Rue 21, Justice (the closest to kid store we got), Old Navy (turns out she has out-grown their jeans. I am not a fan of their jeans and she is now old enough for me to not like them on her anymore.) And Famous Footwear. Lots of shopping. We got some great stuff. Speaking of school....Jadynn is going to be in 5th grade this year. Holy Shmoly! I feel OLD! LOL
I kinda can't wait till next year when Trey is in school! haha Can you say "more me time"?? lol Love the kids but I need to be ME sometimes.
And as for Libby....she is almost 16 months old and STILL NOT WALKING!!! What a lazy turd! lol We know she can...she will do it back and forth between us...but to get around??? Forget it! If she's going to be carried everywhere what's the point! haha But I can finally put her hair in a little fountain pony on top of her head! haha Love it! Finally....some hair!

So there you have it....some updates on us....no great pictures of my kids or anything cause I'm a loser! ha
I will next time....I hope!
Also....I hope to be getting more on the ball with my craft and photo blogs too. I have some exciting changes coming for my photography. Can't wait to share!

Okay...don't fall over and die!!!

I am ACTUALLY posting!

Wow, It's been a LONG time since I have

done a post! There is so much that I would

need to post to catch up that I don't even wanna

think about it! lol So I will just start from right here!

Ryan's mom paid for all of us to go to

Seaside Oregon on vacation! It was so

good to get away! But it's always good

to be back! So here are a few pics from the vacation.

I will try to post more later as I get them done!

This is what you see when you walked out to the

beach and look south! Pretty WOW!

This was at low tide so I was able to get a cool reflection

on the wet sand. Yay! lol

This is a building that you can reserve and stay in that is just a little walk away from the lighthouse. How cool would it be to stay there?!?!? I bet it's haunted! LOL

picture when I read the Twilight books.

And of course I couldn't have gone without getting awsome sunset pictures!!! Jadynn is the little spec playing in the water!

This is on the walk to Canon Beach. This is where Twilight was filmed....when Jacob is telling Bella the story of the cold ones.

....in my photography world. I am starting a new adventure and hope it will be a great one. I am going to start doing birth photography. So I have decided that I HATE getting ready for vacation! I am so stressed out and I am the one doing it all cause Ryan is working. I guess he did pack up Stella's stuff....but man oh man....It's not been a good week!

It is so hard to find shoes for this little darling of mine....she has TINY feet!

These are 0-3 months....she's almost 11 months old now! Ummm....hello!!!

So her feet are fat and little....hard to find shoes that fit that! But these ones do the job! Can't wait for her to wear them on our trip! YEEEEHAW!

Soooo....next week we leave on a super vacation! I can't stand it!

So I have a little problem. It's called blog stalking...well, it has also mutated into facebook stalking. lol I sometimes find myself jumping from profile to profile when I see other people that I know on someones friends list. Well, as I was fb profile hopping I came across a super awesome quote that I wanted to share with you.

Not sure who LCP is...but I am going to give them the credit. I love this! And it is true, although the cozy and contentness that you get with it is definetely a big time bonus! I don't want to be a fence sitter, I don't have that great of balance and I think my bum would get sore. And I think that it would be way too hard to play two different rolls at a time. How exhasting! So I will be here....on this side of the fence...happy and using my "tool" to get back to where I want to be!

Oh....and to go with my dream of going to Hawaii some day...I will add this to that trip!

I got a new toy!! It came! I have a new love! Except Ryan will always be #1! ;) I'm cheesy! Anyway, here are a few things I've done with it.

And i cought Libby here this morning and couldn't help but snap a few...

Having a hard time trying to deal with a few things lately and I came across this quote....Hopefully it will work for me!

"My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for twenty minutes, cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell simmer down and go about business as usual."

I have a hard time doing this and I hope that I can. I tend to dwell on things. It's not really going to change any outcomes or make me feel better to keep thinking about things that I have no control over. I'm a dweller! Ugh...I hate it! So here I am, making a conscious effort to get all my frustrations out for the day, move on and JUST DEAL!

I am soooo behind on my little loves!!! I am sooo neglecting this little project I was so excited for! so here we go...some of these pics are going to be mine and some not....we'll see how this goes...totally winging it! HA!

I HEART Trey! This kid is a crack up! I just love him to death! And he is my little miracle rainbow baby!

That is what we call it if you lose a baby and have more after....it's the rainbow after the storm. Get it?!? I am lucky enough to have two of them!

Trey was a hard one to bring into this world. My pregnancy was awful...I was on pins and needles the whole time. He was born just shy of 37 weeks and when he was born he had a whole in his lung. SOOOOo scary after losing one. He was in the NICU for 2 weeks. He had to be intabated and had to have a chest tube cause of other complications with that stupid hole. He weighed 5lbs 10oz at birth. Just a little guy!

Now he is still scrawny! This kid is the pickiest eater ever!! One thing I can guarantee he will eat is a PB&J sandwich cut with the pumpkin cookie cutter!

Love this kid so much! Even when I'm about ready to strangle him....I still love him! I guess the urge to strangle comes with being 3! 3 is so much worse than 2!

Okay....moving on...

My number 5 love is our little caboose! Well...so far she is...we haven't FOR SURE decided that she is the last one...but pretty sure she is. This little girl has stole my heart! I don't know if there is a special connection because I found out I was pregnant with her just before my dad died...I guess I kinda feel like he sent her to us. My dad was very sick with cancer just before he died and he was pretty out of it...but when I was able to tell him that I was having another baby he lite up. It was so special to see. She definately brings such a sweet spirit into our home! She is 9 months old now and can army crawl at the speed of light! And loves to say da-da-da-da. If time allowed I would hold her and squeeze her and kiss her all day long! I just can't get enough of my little darling!

Silly as it sounds....I feel like she brings in my dads spirit too. When I'm sad I just look at her and know that he is with us and we will see him again! She is the only grandbaby that never got to meet him here on this earth...and was also the only one to know him in heaven! I feel that him and her have a special connection.....maybe that is my connection with her too. Love you Libby!

Okay...I know how cliche is sounds for a woman to say that she loves shopping...but I do!!! If I had a million dollars to spend I bet I could do it in a day! But the shopping doesn't always have to be about me...I love to give! I love to give people things that I think that they will really really love. I love the feeling that I got them something that they wanted or that they are happy with what I got them.

I know how lame this is going to sound....but if I am having a bad day I can go shopping and feel tons better. Even if it's going to the DI! Retail therapy isn't just a joke!

Anyway....so there you have it...I am now caught up on this blog...now I just need to catch up on the other one.....

On day three of February, I heart my baby boy Bryce!

We lost our sweet one at 37 weeks of pregnancy.

He was born sleeping, and it was the hardest thing I have had to do to date.

Our sweet little boy was born on June 3rd 2006 at 2:59am. He weighed 5lbs 5 oz and was 18 inches long and just absolutely perfect in everyway.

I'm sure it sounds crazy to some people when I say that I miss my baby who was born sleeping. Like, I never got to meet him. But the bond between mother and baby starts long before birth.

So yes...we do miss him and we look forward to the day that we get to see him again.

There is a song that I love by Natalie Grant called Held that I just love! Here are a few words from the chorus:

This is what it means to be held
How it feels, when the sacred is torn from your life
And you survive
This is what it is to be loved and to know
That the promise was that when everything fell
We'd be held

It pretty much sums up all the feelings you feel when you lose a baby, the sacred is torn from your life and you survive, but Heavenly Father is there to hold us and help us through it.

I love you Bryce. I am so thankful that I will be able to see you again. Till then, we will miss you. Say hi to Grandpa for me!

Today...I Heart Jadynn!

My big "pre-teen"! that is what she is calling herself these days...she isn't a "kid", she's a "pre-teen". Ugh....here we go! haha

Jadynn has been my little life saver!

I had Jadynn at the sweet young age of 18! Yup...I'm one of those....you know....teen statistics! But When I was pregnant with her I didn't even want to think about giving her up.

My mom would take me to LDS counseling and tried to convince me that it would be a better life for both of us.

But you know...I just wasn't having it! And now I know why!

Heavenly Father knew I would need her in my life.

If it weren't for her I would have gone down a dark, scary path.

I felt like I had someone that I needed to take care of...someone I was responsible for, so I had to be responsible.

when we lost our baby Bryce, she was all that I was living for.

And even now....when she knows I'm upset she will offer to rub lotion on my feet or feed Libby. She is just a big Sweetheart!

I want to thank Heavenly Father for knowing what I would need. Being a teenage parent was hard....but now I know why I had to do it!

14 Days of things I HeArT!

Okay...I am sooooo happy it's February!!! I can hardly stand it! January is ALWAYS tourture for me. We are one month closer to the warmer weather. But till then we have a yummy holiday coming up! I have been so excited to do this for this blog and for my craft blog too! I've been planning for some time now! Let's just see if I can get 14 days in a row! Whew! Alright. 14 days of things I HeArT!

I Love this guy so much! He sacrifices so much for our family to have what we have! On days that he has school and work he is gone from 8 in the morning till 1 in the morning! That is a dang long day!!! We are so thankful he does what he does for us!

Ryan and I will be celebrating our 7 year anniversary this year. We have had some major ups and some major downs...but here we are! He puts up with me and all my emotional crazy journeys. So thank you Ryan for being there for me and the kids! We love you so much! And on this day, Feburary 1st 2011, I dedicate to you!

Time doesn't stand still...

Okay...so I'm kinda super sad right now. Our baby is likely to be our last one and little Libby is growing up sooooo fast! I just wish that time would stop for just a little while so I can enjoy her as a baby for just a little while longer. I can't believe that she is almost 9 months old. And look what she can do...

I just want to chew on those chubby little legs!!! haha

She can't get to that position by herself, I put her there....but she is always acting like she wants to stand so I put her there and she stayed! Looks like a natural!

And as I'm taking pictures of Libby, Trey all of a sudden wants his taken. Trey NEVER wants his picture taken, so I take some....this is what he gives me to work with....

I'm so sorry, I just have to write this down somewhere and I this is kinda like a journal to me anyway...so here goes!

I HATE WINTER!

I am so ready for it to go bye bye!! I hate being cold almost more than anything, and I hate being depressed about it even more!

I have the winter blues!

This is seriously how I feel! After Christmas is gone and past, I just feel like I wanna crawl in a hole! Why couldn't I be a bear! They are so lucky to sleep the winter away!

I need something to get me out of this funk! Why does tanning have to be so bad for you??? I'm sure it would help a little....maybe a few trips to the tanning bed wouldn't hurt?!?

AAhhhhh!!! Please tell me I'm not the only one feeling this way!

Anyway, on a happy note....I got a cute color of paint on sale at Wally World for $5..I'm gonna paint something! Maybe that will help me?? At least for a day??? Here's hoping!

Since my last DI trip there have been a few changes around
the house...I just thought I would share them....First off...
I bought this light a while back and
it was originally supposed to go in my
dining room....but I'm kinda glad that my husband
drug his feet cause I got a better one for the
dining room and this one looks perfect here...

We hung it in the entry way above the door. I didn't take before pics of it, but it was white and had these ugly fixtures over each light. I like my rendition better.

I am so bad at this dang blog lately....I just have a hard time wanting to take the pics...edit them....and then put them on the blog.....it's easier to blog pics someone else has taken! haha

I had to take a close up of mine....I just love the cute little bird houses on it...if you look really close you can see little colored birds in each one! So cute!

I have this poem that my sister gave me a few years back when my grandma died. I love it and put it up every year.. I have a picture of Bryce in the corner and Trey pointed to it and said, "That's Bryce! Bryce is cute." Trey has never acknowledged Bryce on his own before...we always will point to his picture and ask who it is, but this was all him. So I had to get a picture of him kissing Bryce's picture to remember the moment. It was so sweet!

Up next we did and ice candle for Bryce's grave. I stole this idea from my moms best friend who had a daughter pass away in a car accident years ago. I thought they looked so pretty and had to copy!

Some cute little ice cream cups and a very very lonely salt shaker.....there wasn't a pepper shaker anywhere to be found....but it was too cute to leave behind! So I took it...I will give it a loving home where it can make friends with the other salt and pepper shakers!

Some cute platters!!!! I'm kinda turning into a platter freak! I see one and I can't resist! I don't know what I will do with them all....but I'm sure I can think of something! Future parties perhaps?!?!? I think so!!
All together the grand total for this DI trip was $25.50!!!! I know....RIGHT?!?!?!? I'm pretty dang proud!

So there you have it!!!! I feel much more caught up now!!! I will post my lovely record player when she is all done! She will be a BEAUT!!!

So I got Libby a couple of these cute toys this year for Christmas....you may have seen them around....they are called B. Toys. And on every box it says,
"Just B. Just You. B. You" I absolutely LOVE that!!!

I thought that was so cute....so uplifting...even if Libby IS only 7 months old. Well inside the packaging is a little booklet of little quote by some kids.....this is one that struck me...
On one side of the book it says "B. Confident" And then it says this;
"You know what? Not all dreams come true. But that's okay because you can always make new dreams."

I , along with I'm sure a few of you out there, haven't always gotten things
the way I would like them...things that I have hoped and dreamed of....but it's okay....not everything goes according to plan....just roll with the punches and if things take a different turn then let's come up with a new dream....See if we can't look toward that one. Another quote that I love is from the Shawshank Redemption.
"Hope is a good thing. Maybe the best of things...and no good thing ever dies."
I am thinking that my new years resolution is going to be to be a more positive person and to surround myself with positive people. Life is too short to have negativity around....so I'm going to kick it to the CUrB!!

I saw this story online this morning and it has really touched my heart!
I have been saying a lot this year that Christmas is becoming too much about
presents and Santa than what we should be focusing on...which is Christ.
Isn't this a gorgeous building that we had to meet in. This building has been around for
us to worship in for about 130 years....

The tabernacle caught fire last week as most of you have probably heard. So
sad! It was left looking like this...

Amazing that everything around this was burned terribly....but one thing in the

Okay...I've been in a little bit of a funk lately....

I haven't been taking any pictures and I haven't been blogging.

I don't know what's is wrong with me, but I am grounding myself to my room

Till I feel nice enough to come out! (haha that may be never...I could sleep all day!!)

Anyway....yesterday I went to my sister in laws and had a craft/get christmas stuff done day!

It was fun and felt so nice to get out of the house for a bit! Annnnnd.....yesterday I made.....

2 skirts for Jadynn and Libby, a blanket (okay...not really made, I cut and tied) and a stocking!

I already had 2 stockings done so that makes 3 done....I'm making our stocking for this

year cause I am sick of looking at our ugly store bought ones! I will share pics of all of

these accomplishements a little later! Now....I'm off to do MORE laundry. I don't wanna skip laundry day ever again!!!!!

Missing You...

Tonight I guess I'm having one of those days....I am
missing my baby Bryce so bad tonight. I absolutely love holding my sweet Libby when
She is all tired and snuggly...but as I was doing this tonight and looking at my tree, we have a
special ornament for each year Bryce has been gone. Holding my sweet girl and looking at Bryce's ornaments on the tree just makes me so sad that I never got to do these things with
him.
Our family feels so incomplete at times and sometimes it feels
like we have it all together. I guess tonight is one of those
nights I feel like something is missing.
Having the knowledge
of the gospel that I do and knowing that I will
see him again is so sweet, but
it doesn't take away the heart ache of not having him here now. I guess that is
the selfishness that comes along with being here on this earth. One of
the many lessons we are here to learn.
So for now I am okay with knowing I
will see him again and I am also okay with being sad and missing my baby.
I can't believe that it has been 4 and a half years and I
still have these days, I guess I will be sad if I stop having them.
Love you to the moon and back Bryce! What a lucky
mommy I am to have my 4 sweet little ones. I can't imagine my life without any of them!

This week is green week at Jadynn's school.
It's safety week and they have had fun things going
on all week....but Jadynn was most excited for today....
CraZy HaIR DaY!
This is what we did...

I should have taken a
picture of the back...we french braided
it up the back and ended with the ponies on top and
then curled and ratted the HeCk out of it!
She LOVED it! I had to beg her to do this...she
didn't think it sounded like a good idea...but
this morning after the finished product....she was SolD!!

So, I'm thinking with us getting into a new house that I am going to be needing some new family pics to go on the walls! This is the last family pic we had done...

Trey was just over a year old. AAHHHH! I know...I make sure that other people get their pics done, but I don't get my own done.
Now....the sad part....I'm thinking I may have to do them myself. UGH!
I don't know that we will have the money to get some done (with us buying a house and all) so
Tripod....you will becoming with us! I'm not too excited about doing them myself cause it is going to take FOREVER! I had a great Monday! Yes....that's right I said "great" and "Monday" in the
same sentence!!! I made off like a
bandit at the DI today! Check out what I got!!!!!

I found the smallest one inside with the rest of the metal stuff. I saw it and liked it
but didn't know if I liked it enough.....

...I ventured outside in the "yard" part and saw the other two.
I fell in love! A set?!?!? Well, I don't know that they originally came all
together, but I like that they don't match perfectly!

What are they??? Pretty sure they are serving things. lol Official title! haha
like put your 9x13 pans in them. Pretty ehhh??

They will go perfectly when we have a little get together celebration.....

Today is Jadynn's 10th bithday! I can hardly believe it! Here are some stats on the little lovely...

Length~ Well, we can't all be perfect...but I will be honest...don't remember! haha

Delivered by Michelle Knowles at Mckay Dee hospital (the old one that they tore down) Makes it seem like forever ago!

When Jadynn was 13 months old she got roto virus and had to spend 3 days in the hospital. It's a good thing the girl was CHUB...she lost 3 lbs...that's a lot for a 13 month old. She was in the hospital over Halloween and there was a sweet bunch of people who came through and trick or treated the kids in the hospital...it was so cute!

That's right...Jadynn is in 4th grade this year...I don't know where the time has gone! She isn't my little baby anymore. It was a call from the bishopric....after 6 years of being
married, Ryan and I have managed to dodge every call from
someone asking us to speak. We haven't talked
since we have been married. YIKES!! I am so
dang scared I can hardly stand it! I'm not one to
like having all eyes on me! No ma'am!!!
And to make things just a little more
interesting...Jadynn has to give a talk in primary too! EWW!!!
H.F. must think we are in MAJOR need of some

Camping at Mill Hollow

We decided to brave it and go camping this year...I was a little

nervous to go with a 3 month old, but she did okay! Next year she will be

running around! AHH!! I don't know which is scarier?!?!?

Anyway...here are some pics I got...and ya know...I was

TERRIFIED to break out my big camera due to the near

death experience we had a couple weeks ago at the water fall, so

I didn't get many pictures on it....so bare with the lower quality pics...I tried to make

them as interesting as possible to make up for that! LOL

Here we go!

This was really the only good picture I got with my big camera...I was

so sad I didn't get more...I was just so scared! :o(

Yes...I fish...I just prefer to do it where there are flushing toilets available! haha

I was so excited to put some baby legs on her...they are actually starting to fit!
Now if I could get some shoes that fit her I would be a happy camper! (no pun intended haha)

Jason doesn't have kids yet so he brought his dogs...I guess they are his kids for now! LOL

Notice the water bottles by the fire...this was our way of warming water for the babies....we warmed them by the fire then stuck them in the sleeping bag with us and they kept pretty warm that way....nice for temp picky babies!

Okay...so I've been absolutely DYING to do one of these...just didn't dare cause I didn't want to screw it up and be discouraged! lol But I was in a creating mood the other day and decided to do it...and what do you know...it turned out pretty cute!! Just don't look too close! haha

Anyway...I thought I would document the steps along the way in case you want to make one too! So here we go....this is my first attempt at putting together a tutorial so do make fun! hee hee

Okay...I started out with this...

Trey loves cars...but hopefully he will be out of diapers soon (fingers crossed so tight they are about to fall off!) and well, this is just WAY cuter!! hee heee

This is what I ended up with...

Here's what I used to put it together:

Plus my glue gun and a couple glue sticks.

First I cut my batting around my case...open it up and cut about 2 inches bigger than the case...

Do the same with your cute fabric of choice...

Glue your batting to the edge of the case I had it open when I glued both sides...the batting stretches pretty good.

Cut off all the excess batting...as close as you can get!

Now you can start glueing on your fabric...

I started in the middle on the top half of the case, folding the fabric under as you glue so you have a nice clean edge...unless of course you want your edge to be a little frayed.

Keep glueing around on the top half...then I suggest starting in the middle on the bottom half...but close the case at this point....the fabric isn't as strechty as the batting...I learned that the hard way. ;)

then I started glueing my ric rack...I started as close in the little corner as I could.

What it looks like so far...

Then I added a little ruffle of complimenting fabric...I just took my sewing needle and folded and stuck and folded and stuck all the way through and then tied off the end...measuring how long your case is before tying off so it will be the right length...then I adjusted my ruffle till it pleased me.

Then I glued the ruffle on.

Okay...so a few things have been going on and I thought I had better blog about them...I don't want to get too much farther behind. So...

this is Trey...since Libby has been here we have kinda let Trey's naps go...we shouldn't because he obviously still needs them! LOL

We decided to go on a short little hike up to Doughnut Falls. It was super easy...Trey walked the whole time. So pretty too. (warning: horror story at the end of this...)

There were lots of little kids on this hike...I recommend it for younger kids!

I'm glad I got as many pictures as I did....(referance to horror story at the end)

besides my kids....this is my favorite thing to capture!

This was like a 10 foot drop...this picture, to me, is a metaphor for life...we need to help each other along the way...especially through the tough times!

Okay....so this is where I crossed the river...unfortunately it was not without tragity...I was crossing and I was a dang idiot and crossed with my camera around my neck...thinking I was wonder woman...well, that was quickly destroyed by me falling in...yup...on hands and knees..IN THE RIVER...WITH MY CAMERA AROUND MY NECK! I cried...it was completely submerged and not working! I cried some more! Oh did my heart sink ever so quickly! Ryan consoled me and we continued (I pouted a little as I continued haha) and Ryan kept telling me it would be okay...it would be okay! Well, low and behold he was right....after a couple days of letting it dry out...it's still working like a champ! Whew! okay...that is the horror story!

These are the last two pics I got before I fell in!

Real quick...story about Trey's shoes...he needed shoes for the hike...the shoes he had, he grew out of and all he had was flip flops that fit him...so I went to Wal-Mart for some cheap-o shoes and off we went...he walked the whole hike without a complaint at all...later that night we were at Ryan's moms and he took his shoes off and he had some MAJOR blisters on his heels! Poor guy didn't complain at all. I felt so bad! And that is the story of the shoes!

Up next...my mom's birthday party!

We planned a surprise party this year for her...we wanted it to be special this year since we thought it might be hard with it being the first one with out my dad.

Alrighty....I haven't done any confessing in a while and I'm a little bored here on a Friday night so here ya go....lettin' ya have it!!

I don't know how long this new little thing from Glamazon has been going on, but she has started doing themes to confess about...tonight, it's "worst date ever". So here we go...

~ummm...this could be hard because I have almost completely blocked out my dating years...were they all that bad??? the world may never know!

~I do remember one date..it was a first date and this guy happened to know that I had a kid....he took me to Village Inn, why he did this I have no clue...he had obviously eaten already...it was still in his teeth! EWW!!! He bought an outfit for my little girl....okay this seems sweet....but trust me...it was more creepy than sweet! The next day he called me from work saying that he missed me....yup...I felt like I had a major problem on my hands! what to do...what to do?!?!? Let's not even ask this question....okay, I guess I will answer it, even though it makes me look like the BIGGEST idiot in the entire world....let me make an excuse before I continue....I had very bad self-esteem and I think that at that point I would have dated anything that walked! LOL Okay....are you ready??? You sure??? Eww..I can't believe I am going to confess this....*sigh* here goes nothing....I ended up MARRYING this creep!! Okay, I know what you are saying...how could you say that about your husband and not get in trouble?!?!? It just so happens that I must have gotten hit in the head rather hard and it reset my thinking to LOGICAL! I ended up divorcing this LAME-O! I got married again to a much better...less creepy fellow, whom I am MUCH happier with! (Love you Ryan) So not only was that the worst date ever...it was the worst YEAR ever! Glad it is behind me! So there you have it....*sigh* I am not quite sure if I feel better about that or not....We'll see how I feel in the morning! ;o)

Yesterday was Bryce's birthday. I started my day off bawling and rocking Libby at 6 am. The day got a little better. We always let balloons go every year at the cemetery. So these are some pics I got while there.

I guess sometimes I felt like I had to smile to make other people more comfortable with my situation. Bryce's birthday/angel day is on the 3rd this week. Ugh....I have a love/hate relationship with this time...I love it because I love that we have a special day just for him, to remember him and the impact he has had on our family! I hate it because my heart aches for him....my arms ache to hold him and tears flow! So in rememberance of him this year I am going to post a poem everyday this week...ones that have touched my heart that I love. This one is one I stole from a fellow Share girl, she posted this as her status on fb and I had to copy!

Bryce, and my dad lately....Bryce's birthday is
coming up....which is always hard....and just having
Libby here with us, I feel like she brings in such a sweet spirit
into our home. I love having her here, I feel Bryce's and
my dad's spirit through hers. It makes me sad and I feel
warm and love inside at the same time.
There are so many bitter sweet things that come with having
a new little one when you have lost close
loved ones....It is great to be adding to our family and
building our lives....but I hate going on without
them....I am so sad that all Trey and Libby will
know of Bryce and my dad are things
that we tell them...they won't get to know their person
in this life. But I also know that they will have a special
relationship with them in the next life. I just had to
share my love for my son and dad,
I hope they know it and feel it everyday!

I need to GET PACKIN'!

Alright...here's a little story for y'all.....so last night...I had an

awful night...I think I cried for 3 hours straight!

(some dumb things and some major things all mixed in one....too much for this pregnant lady to handle) So after I finally started to ge

t calmed down I started having contractions...I noticed that

I was having a lot of them...so I started to time them....at first they

were every 3-5 minutes. I thought maybe if I just

layed there very still they would go away....WRONG!

They got more and more painful...so I got in

a warm bath....at like midnight....and they started getting

closer and stronger....my belly would contort with every one and

I would wince in pain...so I texted a dear friend of mine and asked

her what I should do....(it never seems like

common sense when you are in the situation yourself).

Since it was the middle of the night and we didn't know if they

would check me quick and send me home my friend took me to

the hospital while Ryan stayed with the kids. I got there, they ran

me through the wringer with millions of questions

and all that jazz. Oh before I forget...I had been to the dr earlier

that day and was dilated to a 1. So after the interagation the nurse

checked me and asked,"What were you in the office?"

I said a 1...she said, "and when was that?" I said today....she was shocked!

I was dilated to a loose 3!!!!! I was shocked (but at the same time relieved that I

wasn't making things up in my head...lol)

So the contractions were real and I was in labor.

I was also in a lot of pain! LOTS of back pain!

So they shot me up with morphine and phenagren....didn't help...so they

gave me some terbutaline (to stop the contractions)....kinda

helped but made me SOOOOO sick...I had the trash can on the

bed with me and my face inside it! Gross....but they

didn't have anything else to barf in! haha after still being

in pain they gave me some demerol...that helped a little,

but man oh man was I jittery and sick from that terb!!!

Ewww!

My friend left to get home and take care

of her own family and I fell asleep for a friggin hour!

Ugh...the nurse came in and told me to go home!

So here I am now dilated to a 3 tired and sick to my stomach.....but

I don't care...I am so ready to have this little one!

I'm hoping I deliver soon. So....in all of this

I realized that I haven't washed any of the baby's clothes and don't

have my hospital bag packed or anything....so, I guess

I need to get packin! Wish us all luck and pray for a

healthy baby when she comes!

And also pray that I will be all packed and ready to go!

Here I go...I'm gonna do some confessing...I haven't for a couple weeks so I think I may have a bit of build up. haha

~Let's start off crazy shall we??? Since my belly has been large enough to give me trouble I have been having to use deodorant/antiperspirant under my boobs! haha there ya go...just throwing you in there!!!
~Want another??? Okay.... a few weeks ago I had my first ever sneeze/pee experience!! lol Not full...empty your bladder pee, just enough to make me say "alright, I think I need to change".
~Today I went and got a shake all by myself...no kids or anything...all on my own free will...and I kinda did it because of that fact! lol
~I think that Mr. Shoester on Glee is hot!
~Sorry, watching Glee as I confess!
~ Love this show...not that it's a confession, just wanted to let y'all know!
~I have been a terrible mom/house wife lately. I haven't made dinner since wednesday and I'm having a hard time getting myself to get the dang laundry done! The more pregnant I get, the less motivation I have. Ugh!
~This is the reason for my not so hawt look for the past few days! I don't wanna do my hair or make up or do anything to make myself look half decent!
~My sister made a very true statement to me today....you know your "done" (that is how we all describe ourselves when we are at the end of our pregnancies) when you are ready for the pain. Man oh Man...I am READY for that pain! BRING IT!
~I'm going to be cursed and judged for saying this, but I hate being pregnant. lol
~I feel terrible complaining about it having lost a baby late in pregnancy...you would think that I would just be greatful...and I am so greatful that I have this baby still alive inside me and that I can get pregnant period, but I'm just not cut out for this process...I'm just a big damn baby!

So I am going to be using a friend of mines car seat for the baby, which I SOOOOOO dearly appreciate! But the car seat is blue....Soooo, I am just going to girl it up a bit with this!

It's going to be one of those car seat cover thingies that you attach to the handle of the car seat and it just kinda is there to keep air out, kinda thing....Oh geez....I can't wait!! I don't have any tonight, but I will be going to the store tomorrow to get some cute ribbon to sew on as the ties for the handle! EEEKK! I freaking can't believe that I made this!! haha

I have to give my special thanks to my sister Jamie who lead me in the SUPERB direction of the most FAB fabric store ever!!!! Thanks Jamie!!! It wouldn't have turned out so cute if I had settled on other fabric that I didn't like as well. Anyway, I just had to share my newest creation! I'll post more pics of the finished product later!

Hoppy Easter!!!

So Saturday it was sunny and kinda warm...

so I took advantage and took some pics of the kids in their Easter clothes!

Trey wanted nothing to do with the camera at first until I whipped out a big old sucker!

Then I got some of him! He kinda just loves the wagon! lol Jadynn was

a little excited that it could have turned out to be a Jadynn only shoot!

lol But Trey chilled out and let me take a few of him!

So here they are! I think they look pretty darn cute myself!!!

This one was a little experiment with my speedlite. I was kinda going for the UBBER dramatic, clouds in the back look....I don't know that the clothes really go with the style of the picture...but again, I was experimenting. lol

BUT....today I went to Target and there were some super duper cute things that were on sale and I resisted....the only reason being that a friend of mine is having a shower for me in a few weeks and I am terrible at returning things. So I don't want 2 of something and have to return it.
~Hey...that was kinda a good one...I'm TERRIBLE at returning things....if I get something and regret it or decide I don't want it...I usually just count it as a loss and forget about it. I know...I'm dumb.
~I'm going to bribe the kids in my class big time this Sunday with candy! I'm going to have 2 classes (subbing for another teacher) so I'm going to need a little leverage! I hope I don't come out of there with my hair and clothes in shambles!
~I've kinda given up on trying to look cute. I am 32 weeks preggo and there is just no looking cute when you're this big. So I will be scroungy for the next 6 weeks! I'm counting on my past not letting me down with this baby...I've never gone past 38 weeks....lets hope it stays that way!
~My husband bought bunch of boxes of girl scout cookies.....well he hid them from me! the confession here is that I got quite mad! lol he said that he wanted them to last more than a week, well, if no one knows where they are they will last forever! ugh....what's the point of buying yummy cookies if you don't want anyone to eat them?? I personally think he just wants them all to himself.
~I think I also took offense to that...you don't hide food from a pregnant lady and tell her that it's to make it last...that is a MAJOR fat joke....SOOOOO not funny! pfff....whatever!!!

Oh man am I feeling so ready for this baby!!!

I have gotten a cold twice. I hate being sick when your preggo cause

you can't take a dang thing! UGH! Well, nothing that works anyway.

This baby and my first one are the only 2 pregnancies that I got stretch marks with, so annoying...I guess the one good thing about the stretch marks is that they aren't on my belly! They are all on my big fat BUTT!

lol And never in my life have I had rib pain like I do now.

I'm just huge, that's all there is to it. I'm also a nervous wreck!

I find myself stopping and checking for her to move all the time, if I don't then I shove something sugary in my face and wait for it! Not so good for the weight, but keeps me sane!

I am also cursed with being a very impatient person! I just want to meet this little girl so dang bad and kiss her all over her face!

So needless to say, this is the point that I start to get a little on the crazy side. I just want a healthy living baby in my arms, I will be as patient as I can!

Here's to about 6 weeks left!!!

(going off the fact that I've never gone over 38 weeks. haha)

I just had to share the little monsters that I made as part of what the party goers will get as their favors. Now....keep in mind that I don't sew well, so please don't critique my skills! It's the thought that counts...right??

It is a little rediculous how excited I am for this party...I sure hope that it turns out as cute and monsterific as I hope!!

I can't believe that this freaking cute kid is going to be 3 soon!!! I just had to share how cute his invites turned out!!! And I came up with them all by myself...I can't believe it. Okay, okay....I'm tooting my own horn, but I just love them, and his party is going to be so cute too! I can't wait! Like it's my own party! LOL Anyway....here they are....

We have a game called Snorta and these are the little animal game pieces....he loves to play with them! He gets them out and stands them all up in a line and then knocks them all over! LOL

Well, I figured it had been a while since I had a post with pictures in it so I had to put one up!

Update on Baby~ Things are looking good....I had to do a 3 hour glucose test...YUCK! But I passed!! YAY! BUT...(duh duh duuuuuuuhhh) my iron is super low! UGH! So, I'm taking extra iron pills. Other than all this the baby is looking GREAT! I'm about 30 weeks now and the little girlie is weighing in at about 3 lbs! I can't wait to see this sweet girl....I can't stand how much I already love her! Anyway....that is an update on what is going on...Jadynn is good also....she is VERY anxious for spring...as am I! Come On Spring.....we need ya!!!

Here we go....some oooeee goooeee stuff about me that I probably shouldn't share! Enjoy and join in! It feels so good and everyone is doing it!

~Until the age of about 3 I actually enjoy the smell of my kids breath...okay....starting off with a super wierd one!

~ Although Trey is almost 3 I am NOT enjoying it anymore....he just had surgery to take his adenoids out and have tubes in and the adenoid removal is VERY stinky healing process! Nothing helps either!

~I may be able to skip out on church tomorrow because of the stinky breath. (yes...it's that bad)

~I am jealous of my daughters hair!

~I have gained a couple new stretch marks with this pregnancy.

~Seriously??? This is my 4th dang pregnancy....can't I NOT get new ones??

~It's probably because I was over all 3 of the other pregnancy's full term weights before i got pregnant this time.

~Yup....At this current time I am weighing more than I ever have in my entire life. Not a great feeling.

~I secretly enjoy (some) Disney Channel Origional Movies.

~I was a little excited when Starstruck premiered.

~I think that Sterling Knight is cute!

~I'm a little pathetic.

~I know that I am grumpy this pregnancy, but it bugges me more than anything when I am told that I am. Don't you think that I already know that??? I don't need YOU to tell me!

~I think that was kinda pointed at my husband...okay, not kinda...it was!

~When I got a calling and my husband didn't I was a little irritated.

~If I have to have church obligations, you should too.

~I hate going visiting teaching, and I normally hate it when they come to me, but I actually like my visiting teachers this time around.

~I hate that I feel like I have to have a spick-n-span house for them to come.

~I have kids....it gets messy from time to time.

Okay....this is a place where I share my thoughts of happiness anger, frustration, sadness and so on.... so I guess it's okay to post some of the latter every now and then??

I have been in this wierd funk lately an I just can't take it anymore. I don't know what it is, I am so sad and could sleep all day long (im sure part of that has something to do with my iron being pretty low) but I just have no oomph anymore. I have no motivation to do anything. I love Valentines day and I had all these things I wanted to do for Ryan, Jadynn and Trey, but I can't get myself to do them. Am I the only mom who didn't get her kids anything for Valentines day?? I am feeling horrible about it. All I want is sugar and I can't do that with me failing my first glucose test. Today was kinda the straw that broke the camels back....I have been bawling and sleeping almost all day. I'm angry, hurt, sad and alone all in one. I don't know what to do with myself. I feel like there is something huge missing in my life and I am grasping for something and I have no idea what it is. I miss my baby boy and I miss my dad terribly. I am just struggling to find anything positive in my life lately and it's really starting to drag me down. Anyway....I guess that I felt that if I wrote some things down that it might help a little so that is the reason for this post. Do or don't read it, it's more for me. Thanks for reading my bubber if you did.

P.S. Trey has surgery on Wednesday morning. I'm starting to get a little nervous for him, but I think he will do fine.

P.S.S. On an upside....I have 99 days to go in my pregger-cy! I need it to go fast!

Friday...it's confession time!

Okay....it's Friday and that means Friday Confessional! Don't worry...I will keep the SUPER embarrassing stuff to myself! hee hee

~I am a little excited that Trey is having surgery next week. He is having a 2nd set of tubes put in and his adenoids out. He is behind in his speech and we are hoping that this will fix that problem....hence the excitement!
~Trey's ENT has a little bit of a large bum. haha
~ I know this because I am a bum looker....that's right, a cheeky monkey! lol
~ I look at almost everyone's butt that I come across...I can't help it.
~I am getting to be a little grumpier and grumpier everyday with this pregnancy...it's like I can feel it creeping up. Ugh!
~I have a very low tolerance for noise lately...I feel my insides turning into knots when things get too loud.
~My boobs are getting tooooooooo big! lol I feel like there is no hiding them at this point....they are just there!
~I ))heart(( sugary cereal lately!
~I haven't eaten very well this pregnancy....I just want all the crap I can get my hands on!
~I raided Jadynn's Valentine's candy today to see if there was something I wanted. LOL
~I really wish I could take a vacation....I would just love to get away from life for even a night.
~It's Friday and I'm watching Spaceballs with a 9, 6 and 2 year old! lol I'm a wild woman!

~I love that I have a car that runs and takes me where I need to go.

~I love my in-laws....not many people can say that, but I really do.

Okay....a little more serious post....Trey a couple weeks ago had two bad ear infections and the Dr at the wee care put him on some antibiotics and told us that he thought it would be a good idea to see the ENT who had done his tubes because he was worried one of his ear drums had a hole in it. Well, a couple days ago Trey was over his fever but still pulling at his ears. Ryan took him to the dr to make sure the infection was gone...and it was, but then started another issue....His Dr is worried about Trey's speech. In the back of my head I have worried about it too, but brushed it off in denial. The first thing that came to my head was the scary word.... AUTISM. I know this is SOOOOO lame and "in the movies" but I swear the past couple weeks I have seen things about Autism all over...driving...random websites....it's everywhere.

At this point we still don't know what is going on with Trey and he has an appointment with the ENT on Monday. We are hoping and praying that he says that all he needs is another set of tubes and it will fix him up and he will start talking like other kids his age. I have had a constant prayer in my heart for my baby boy. I have shed some tears over it and I don't know that I should be (in the post before...like I said, I am shooting right to the worst case scenerio...dang me...why do I do that?) Anyway...we are hoping for some good news from our awesome ENT on Monday....I'm thinking a blessing is in order.

I love my baby boy so much and just want him to be a healthy growing boy who will give us crap as a teen! Am I crazy for hoping for that?

Update...

.....Okay so I guess that I am in trouble for sharing my thoughts on my blog (which is kinda my way of journaling, makes no sense)....So here is what we know as of now....nothing really....just that Trey isn't talking as much as other kids his age and the dr is just wanting to get that fixed. If it is his ears....great....if he ends up needing some speech therapy...good....and if it turns out to be the worst case scenerio and be mild autism....then we will deal with it as it comes. Ryan is irritated that we are getting calls about it...but the truth of the matter is that I am just a nervous mother that doesn't have any answers right at this moment and my mind wonders. So no one worry and I will update when we find out what is going on. Thanks for the concern...we really appreciate it!

~It is a lazy day today....hopfully not all day!

~Sometimes I like people more than they like me and I get my feelings hurt by that.

~Sometimes I am selfish and want for people what I would want and not what they would want.

~I have a bad habit of always jumping right to the worst case scenerio and freaking out about it.

~I want badly to make new friends but I am not willing to put forth the effort of talking to people.

~Sometimes I have a hard time being happy for other people because of some of the bad things that have happened in my life.

Okay....along with all the bad/sad/random comfessions I am going to make a good one...

~I have enjoyed my new calling more than I expected to. I think I really wanted to hate it because I liked not having one so much, but this one is a good fit!

Alright, here I go again! I know that it isn't friday or Saturday or whatever day...but I've been sick and this is when I felt like getting to the computer. Anywho...It's confessional time...you ready?? I don't know if I am...here we go!

*When I am sick I fashion a cone shape out of one square of TP and stick it up my nose! (I asked if you were ready!)
*I do this when wiping gets painful and just plain annoying!
*When I'm sick I sometimes go days without washing my hair. I wash it if I go somewhere.
*I have gone more than one day without a bra being sick before! Gravity loves me on these days! Eww...sorry! haha
*Am I a different kind of sick for thinking this is funny and SHARING it??
*My family has been eating cold cereal 3 meals a day since I've been sick, unless my awesome hubby does something else.
*My house is absolutely trashed and I just sit on the couch feeling bad for myself that I am sick.

Okay...I think that is enough "sick" confessional for today! I sure hope that I am not the only gross one...some of you have to do gross things once in a while too right???

Okay...so I'm stealing this from my sister in laws blog...who she got from another blog...too funny and I couldn't pass it up! So here goes....it's CONFESSION time! AAAHH...you scared?? I am! ha

~I have a bad habit of picking at my fingers...the skin around my nails always looks terrible and my husband is always yelling at me about it!

~I rarely leave the room without my phone! I don't get many calls so when I do it makes me feel important and don't want to miss it!

~I LOVE candy! And so does me belly, hips, legs.....

~I love to sing in the car, but only if it's just the kids with me....my hubby would kill over of embarassment!

~ Jadynn is the only one in the world who thinks I have a good singing voice.

~I had never farted (on purpose) in front of another human being until I married Ryan...now he (and the kids) are the only ones I will do it in front of...and still feel doofy about it.

~I swear at people when I am driving...almost everytime I'm in the car!

~I hate when my kids rooms are messy....but mine gets pretty messy. Do what I say...not as I do!

~I am a home pooper! LOL I can't believe I am sharing this, but I have a fear of going #2 anyplace other than my own home. Oh Geez....I think I am totally blushing now!

~I was a teenager than any parent only dreams of.....IN THEIR WORST NIGHTMARES!! Angel on the outside...devil in the inside. But my parents loved me anyway.

~I am thankful for all the crap I have gone through...if it wasn't for all of it I wouldn't be who/where I am today!

Don't hate me. I am just me! hee hee

I had to do some pics of Trey for Valentines day and of course he was difficult....as I was editing I was surprised that I got the ones I did...he was either crying or running away from me the whole time. But I did get a few, I had to make a little collage with the ones I got and share! I love this little guy too much.

And NO...I haven't forgotten about my other child....I was going to do hers that day too but she said she didn't want to...so I still need to get her in front of my lens too...those will be soon to come!

Trey's new Room!!!

This kid loves this! I am so surprised at how well he has taken to the toddler bed vs. the crib!

We were really nervous...but he has done sooo well!!

He had a blast watching me take down the crib today! Everytime I took a piece off he would

dance around and sing, "Oh yeah, Oh yeah, Oh yeah!" It was hilarious!!!

This was my craft project for New Year's Eve since I sat home with the kids and no hubby!

It was a good time killer. I was a little depressed that I was sitting home alone and not

going out to do anything...but these cheered me right up! Thanks for the idea Annie!

I have been a TOTAL slacker on this dang blog. I'm terrible! Well, there are a few things I guess I would like to share about my family during this time of year.

-Ryan-

Another semester down!!! Yipee!!! so I guess this means we have about a year left...I think...I could be wrong. Then he has decided to take a break before going full force into PA school. Which is going to be a good thing I think. He hates that he is missing out on so much in the kids lives...and maybe...JUST MAYBE....I might take that time to do a little school myself.....JUST MAYBE! Ryan tells me, "YES!! You are doing it...I'd love to see you do school!" haha Does that mean that he wants to see if I have any smarts?? Hmm....We'll see about that little endevor!

SOOOOOo excited for Christmas! She really is pretty much just one happy kid! She saved her money for months and months for an American Girl Doll and she finally was able to get it and she is so proud of herself! I couldn't believe that she would actually save for as long as she did. Makes me so proud that she set a goal...worked towards it and saw the result of reaching it! Way to go Jadynn!! Love my girlie!

Okay...this kid is freaking HILARIOUS!!! He does something new and funny everyday! I just love that he makes me laugh and he loves to make me laugh! this morning Ryan and I went to wake him up and he was covered by a blanket (we didn't really know which blanket as they were all piled in his bed) we peeked under one thinking he may be asleep and as we peek he starts to giggle! He is a little jokester and I love it! He LOVES Christmas lights! And I guess his duck does too! Everytime we are driving at night he will see lights and say,"Look at that." and then he does a funny little scream for his duck, as though he is just as excited as he is! Love it!

As far as I know...this little one is doing okay. I am pretty much over the sickness...but having a hard time shaking the sleepiness. I am having a hard time waiting this one out! I am so dang excited for this little girl to be here! I have a little bit of a feeling that she is going to be one spoiled little girl! I can't wait to see what a girl version of Ryan looks like! EEKK!! Our next appt is in the first week of January and I can't wait to see her again! Annnnnndddddd.....I believe that I have started to feel her move! YAY! Love this little girl so much already! After all she is being sent to us by 2 VERY special people...her brother and Grandpa! She is probably already spoiled by them!

I love my family and this time of year! I wish we all had easier schedules and were able to see each other more often. I think we are going to need each other this Christmas with it being the first year without my dad. Geez....this time last year we didn't even know he had cancer at all!!! It has all gone so fast. Anyway...long post! If you made it this far thanks for reading my rambling and updates! I love you all and hope you are enjoying the holiday season!

Thankful Thanksgiving...

Okay....I thought that this year I would be a little better at this *posting daily* but I guess I'm not....but hey...nobody's perfect...right??

Anyway....being the night before Thanksgiving

I wanted to post a few things that I am thankful for...some for the past few days I've missed and for at least tomorrow....heaven knows I will probably be in a

turkey coma! haha

So here we go...

~Thankful for Ryan's 7 days off....makes the 7 days on a little more worth it.

~..for space heaters.....our bedroom is FREEZING!!

~...for good friends....you know...the ones who lift you up and make you feel like a better person!

~...for health....I mean seriously...we really have it good when it comes to our health. There are some people out there that aren't as foutunate.

~...for modern technology....because of this I get to see my baby everytime I go to the dr. LOVE it! (not only is it special...but VERY reassuring!)

~...my camera....it has given me a hobby that

I have stuck to for more than a few months and also is

providing funds at the same time....what better hobby can you have??

~...and last but not least

...and I know I say this all the time...

but I am most thankful for my family.

My hard working hubby...

my adorable kids...

ALL my brothers and sisters and their spouses...I mean it's really like

they aren't even in-laws....they really are my siblings...

my nieces and nephews...I just love them to death!

And last but DEFINATELY not least....my mom and dad! I just cannot express in words how much I love all these people...they are my life and my support when I need it....they are my heaven on earth! Muah to all them!!

Need to update my gratitude...

Okay....I've been a MAJOR slacker on this

blog...I apologize...I've been pretty busy with

photography....but I am going to get a post in tonight and list a

few things that I am thankful for. With the cold weather...it has sparked a few more than normal....like #1 being a HEATER and

money to pay the bill! We went to see the movie A Christmas Carol

while Ryan was off work and just looking at them hudding by the

fire makes me oh so thankful that I live in the time

that I do to have a working furnace that keeps us warm in the

winter! YAY for heat!!

Next...I am thankful for my kids....

I really don't know what my life would be

like without my kids...so empty! They fill me up and

remind me that some things that you worry about are just trivial and put into

perspective what things you really need to worry about.

Love them to death!

I am thankful for Trey's giggle, and Jadynn to make him giggle.

Trey thinks she is hilarious and I don't think Jadynn realizes

how much he looks up to her!

And a strange thing to be thankful for...my trials....if I hadn't

gone through all the heart ache that I have then I wouldn't be who

I am today or where I am today. My trials have taught me to never

take for grated what I have and to cherish it. As hard as it is to have lost

a baby, I am so thankful for Bryce...he opened up my heart to a love that I

don't know that I would experience without him. I am thankful for

my dad and what I had to go through with him...it made

me realize that when we leave this earth we don't take

anything with us but our memories.

*tear*

I miss him alot and think

about him and Bryce everyday and wonder what they are doing and

would they be proud of me and what I am doing with myself.

Family is so important and I am so SOOOO thankful for the family

I have...my husband works his butt off for our little family and my

siblings....they are just the best...I couldn't have picked better!

And my mom.....the best mom in the world...even when she was

irritated with us, she would leave us a note to do the dishes and it would be

signed "Mother Dearest".

Love her...that is exactly what she is...Mother dearest!

Wow...I guess I am thankful for a lot...and now I leave with tears in my

eyes and love bursting from my heart....I just love what I have...

I am so blessed!

Okay...yesterday I was thankful for birthday presents that last a couple months....talking about Jadynn's! We got her tickets to So You Think You Can Dance tour and she was...ehhh...excited....but when it came to it being yesterday she was beside herself, bursting with excitement!!! She had a blast...we could scream and yell and laugh and it was just a lot of fun for us girls to get out and do! She can't stop talking about it! It makes me happy to know that we got her something that she loved!!

Also...I'm thankful for teenage nieces...lol...My cutie niece Brighton watched Trey while Jadynn and I were out...her and her cutie cousin Hannah stayed the night and played with Trey...He LOVES these girls...he couldn't stop running around when they first got here...he was being a little show off! So funny!

Okay...those are yesterdays things I'm thankful for and today is yummy fruit and waffles for breakfast....okay, I guess I am more thankful for Ryan making them! I woke up to the yummy smell of waffles cooking and he had a whole bunch of fruit and stuff to go on them! Yum! He has decided to make it a weekly thing...to make yummy breakfast on the weekends he works...he comes home and cooks breakfast! It's so nice...so I am thankful for him and making these memories for our kids! Simple yet huge!!

A thankful Friday

So today I was sitting on the couch, not feeling so well

and watching TV with Trey, I got a little into the show

(which is totally lame because it is usually Disney Channel)

and I noticed that Trey wasn't around...so I called him and he

didn't answer..so I went on a hunt for him...I looked in all the

closets, in Jadynn's room, in the bathrooms, in my bedroom and

could not find him anywhere....I was a little nervous, I looked

at the doors to make sure they were locked so he couldn't

have gotten outside. I was starting to panic a little...So

I went upstairs and just listened for a second and I could hear

Trey whispering to himself...he was hiding from me in his room

behind the rocking chair. haha I was relieved

and laughed a little about it.

I love that little guy.

Today I am thankful for frozen cookie dough, nausea medicine, Fridays, and pop tarts...they are sometimes the only thing Trey will eat.
